Why Do I Want To Help?
Having competed in the sport of golf at a high level for most of my life, and eventually turning professional, I was always searching to improve my performance and learn the art of competition. After coming out later in life, I realised the importance of being authentic and true to yourself. I went through a rapid personal growth phase and completely restructured my life, deciding to only give my time to the things I am most passionate about. I began to study and listen to thousands of hours of lectures from philosophers and coaches such as Tony Robbins, Alan Watts, Eckhart Tolle and many more before eventually coming to a place of total presence in late 2018 for the first time in my adult life. It was an incredible experience that brought me boundless joy and incredible results in many areas of my life, including sport, work and relationships. Everything became effortless and pure. I then enrolled in a Life Coaching Course at Kingstown College where I earned a Distinction in their accredited Life Coaching course. I thoroughly enjoyed learning the skill of coaching and how to translate my experiences and learnings onto others in an effective manner. The learning will continue for the rest of my life, but now I feel ready to share this experience with you.
