Private Coaching

Presence, flowing through life

Private coaching for people ready to face what is, see what genuinely belongs to them and move with what becomes clear.

You have spent long enough on the sidelines. You are ready to step onto the field of your own life. To me, the deepest form of success is feeling full and whole within yourself.

You can feel that change is necessary, even if its shape is not yet clear.

My coaching gives you the space to face what has held you back and see what your life is actually asking of you. We do not begin by placing a better version of you on the horizon. We begin with what is here. From that clarity, movement can come from you rather than being forced upon you.

Who this work is for

I work with thoughtful people who are ready to face inward and begin shining outward—people whose lives may appear fine, but who can feel how much of themselves remains edited, delayed or held back. The work often centres on relationships, identity, confidence, belonging, ambition, direction or the gap between external success and how you feel within.

My coaching may be for you if:

  • You appear successful on paper, but your life does not feel fully your own
  • You are facing an important decision or period of change
  • You recognise a pattern that no longer serves you but continue to repeat it
  • Fear, overthinking or other people’s expectations are shaping your choices
  • You sense that you are editing, performing or holding parts of yourself back
  • You are ambitious but tired of postponing fulfilment until the next achievement
  • You want to see what genuinely belongs to you—and act from there

Sometimes, the feeling itself is enough for you to know that coaching may help. You do not necessarily need to arrive with a goal.

Certainty and control are not prerequisites. The only thing I ask you to bring is a willingness to face your life honestly and take action from what you discover.

My LGBT+ experience is a source of strength in this work.

My lived experience as a gay man shapes the freedom I protect in the room. If you are LGBT+, you have my complete support to be fully yourself; the subject of your coaching does not have to revolve around sexuality. My practice is open to people of every sexuality and gender who connect with this approach.

How I work

Face what is true.

See your situation without performance or avoidance.

Accept what is.

Meet reality fully, without forcing it to be different first.

Move with what becomes clear.

Turn insight into choices and actions that come from you.

My work begins one layer before goals. Goals and plans can be useful, but we do not use them to avoid the deeper question of whose desire they express.

My role is to guide you towards your own discoveries and a clearer view of what is shaping your life. Through attentive listening and direct questioning, what may be difficult to see from inside your own circumstances becomes visible. I will challenge you when necessary, always in response to what you discover and realise for yourself.

Presence, awareness and Taoist philosophy are deeply rooted in how I view life and coaching, but our work does not require a spiritual belief. It remains grounded in your actual life: the decisions you make, the conversations you avoid, the patterns you repeat and the actions you are prepared to take.

Presence is not passivity. When you stop escaping what is, your next honest action becomes clearer. Movement can then come from you rather than being forced upon you.

Three-month private coaching

Private coaching begins as a focused three-month relationship. This gives us enough time to move beyond immediate insight, recognise deeper patterns and allow what emerges to take form in how you live.

  • Six private 60-minute coaching sessions
  • Sessions usually held fortnightly over three months
  • Available online or in person in London
  • A clear focus for the coaching relationship, agreed together at the outset

Fee: £1,200

Payable in full or in three monthly payments of £400.

Before either of us commits, we begin with a private 25-minute consultation. This is a straightforward conversation about what has brought you here, what you want to be different and whether working together feels right. There is no charge and no obligation to proceed.

I offer coaching as a structured three-month relationship rather than as standalone sessions. At the end, we review what has shifted in your life and either bring the work to a clear close or agree a further coaching period if it would genuinely serve you.
